Of course, with just a few tweaks, you can make these meaty delights on any grill or smoker.
That said, if you’ve been on the fence about making such a big purchase, consider this a sign from above! Because these Big Green Egg recipes are too good to miss.
1. Beef Wellington
There’s nothing quite like Beef Wellington.
Of course, anything with a golden brown puff pastry crust that features a center of succulent, perfectly cooked beef is a hit in my book.
It looks great, and it tastes (and smells) even better.
This recipe has an especially good taste, thanks to the Dijon mustard and chestnut mushrooms.
Whatever the reason, this seven-ingredient recipe will forever be one of my all-time favorites, and I think you’ll feel the same.

This brisket is tender, juicy, and deliciously saucy.
It has a phenomenal sweet and smoky taste that’ll have you licking your fingers clean after every bite.

Then, top them with the diced hard-boiled egg for extra flavor and protein. It’s a fantastic BBQ side dish but it would pair well with practically anything.
5. Ribeye Steaks on the Big Green Egg
There are plenty of ways to make delicious steaks, so I won’t say this is the “best.” But I will say it’s one of the best I’ve ever had!
The ribeyes are so juicy, buttery, and flavorful, and you’ll get notes of garlic and thyme in every bite.
The combination of soy and Worcestershire sauces is also an excellent choice.
Just be sure you don’t overcook them; you don’t want to dry them out.
6. Grilled Mahi Mahi Tacos with Chipotle Cream Sauce
Give these grilled Mahi Mahi tacos a try if you’re in the mood for something with south-of-the-border flair.
You’ve probably had fish tacos before, but these take fish tacos to a whole new level.
They have a bright, zesty taste that pairs flawlessly with the spicy chipotle flavor of the adobe cream sauce.
They also have a whopping 31 grams of protein and need just ten minutes of prep.
7. Maple Pork Chops
You can have these thick, juicy pork chops ready to eat in just 25 minutes.
All you need is water, maple syrup, salt, vanilla extract, granulated onion, pepper, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Then, assemble the pizza dough, sauce, mozzarella, and your favorite toppings (the recipe recommends hot pickled peppers and pepperoni).
Toss it on the grill, and in about 12 minutes, you’ll be trying not to burn your tongue on the hot, gooey cheese.
9. Beer Can Chicken on a Green Egg
This gorgeous golden bird has exceptionally crisp skin and tender, succulent meat inside.
It’s wonderfully seasoned, and the beer can rub and apple juice infuse every bite with flavor.
It takes a little over two hours to make, but biting into it is like biting into a little piece of heaven.
I don’t know about you, but I think that kind of perfection is worth it.
10. Pulled Pork on the Big Green Egg
Ah, pulled pork. It’s one of the simplest meats to make, but it takes the longest amount of time.
All you’ll need for this pulled pork recipe is Boston butt, pork rub, and your Big Green Egg.
The process for smoking the meat isn’t challenging, but it’ll take you about 18 hours, including rest time, cook time, and everything else.
But again, as I’ve said already, true perfection is worth a bit of time!
And you just can’t beat the smoky, salty taste of pulled pork made on the Big Green Egg.
